Do we need to bring money?
If you think you might want to stop at a restaurant or marina, it's a good idea to have your wallet or other payment on hand. We also appreciate tips for your captain!
Will I get sea sick?
If we are inshore, most likely no. Nearshore fishing excursions may get a little rough depending on the weather. Our normal sea conditions here on the gulf coast, bays and inter-coastal waterways are primarily calm to flat. Sometimes it can get choppy when there are winds above 9 knots. If you are unsure and want to prevent sea sickness check with the local pharmacist or doctor for recommendations.
Can we extend our time once we are out?
Most of the time, yes. We can negotiate a deal once we are underway as long as there isn't another charter scheduled.
Do you guarantee me to catch fish to eat?
Well there is a reason it's called "fishing " and not called "catching." We are 99% confident you will catch fish. We can't guarantee they will be in season and meet regulations to keep. One fish can change your entire day!
Can I use my own fishing gear?
Yes. Please note, we are happy to help you with your own gear, but we are not responsible for any personal tackle you may bring. We typically provide all the rods and tackle you will need.

Obviously NO. We also request that phones are used for pictures and calls only as needed.
What about cell phones?
Most cell phones will work in most of the areas we travel depending on your carrier. You will want to use it to take pictures. Please note, we are not responsible for phones but we do provide a safe, dry place to keep them.
What if I have to use the bathroom while we are out?
Our vessels are equipped with a "head" that is in a center console cabin. This is not a full service bathroom. It is pretty much the same thing you would find in a camper or small RV.
